1. Our services

Subsec provides data quality and analytics software. The Subsec UI and billing systems are hosted by us, but your datasets remain in your own cloud environment.

2. Your responsibilities

• You remain responsible for your own data and cloud environment.
• You must keep account credentials secure.
• You may not use Subsec for unlawful purposes.

3. Billing and payment

• Subsec operates on a usage-based pricing model.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information.
• Payments are due in accordance with the plan you select.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the Subsec software, branding, and content remain with Subsec Ltd. You may use the software only as permitted under these Terms.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for outages caused by your own cloud provider or environment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subsec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Subsec in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using Subsec at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
